Do you replace medical or mental health professionals?

No! You are at the heart of your patients’ health, clinically treating them to achieve the best outcomes.
Our work creates an infrastructure that supplements patient care in today’s fast-paced healthcare environment.
We provide informational and emotional support, advocate for patients across various care formats, and help them navigate the complexities they face.
We are here to enhance the healthcare journey for our clients.
We work alongside all members of a patient’s healthcare team, including medical, mental health, and supportive care professionals, to ensure they receive comprehensive care and guidance.

How do you collaborate with healthcare providers?

Time for collaboration is often limited in today’s fast-paced healthcare environment, even when it’s in the patient’s best interest. Our role is to facilitate seamless communication between patients and providers, ensuring clarity and continuity of care. Referrals both to and from you help strengthen this continuum of care. By coordinating care across all members of a patient’s health team, we help reduce patient confusion and frustration, ensuring they understand their treatment plans and feel confident about the next steps. This approach not only saves time for both patients and providers but also enhances the overall experience for everyone involved. Together, we can create a cohesive support system that empowers patients to take charge of their health journey, leading to improved outcomes and satisfaction.

How do I explain your role to my patients?

We serve as a guide and advocate, helping patients navigate their healthcare journey, understand their treatment plans, and communicate effectively with their providers. Our goal is to reduce stress, improve clarity, and empower them to take an active role in their care.

Who pays for your service and What will it cost my patient or client?

Our services are self-pay and not covered by insurance. Patients referred to us receive a complimentary 30-minute Clarity Call to assess fit. If they choose to proceed, they begin with a one-time Health Strategy Consult. Ongoing support through a customized Thrive Plan is tailored to individual needs and pricing is based on the level of assistance required. We are also working on a scholarship fund to assist those with financial constraints.

What types of patients benefit most from your services?

We work with women juggling multiple responsibilities who are overwhelmed by the healthcare system—whether navigating their own complex health issues, advocating for a sick child, or managing care for aging parents. Our support helps them make informed decisions and manage their health journeys effectively.

How do I refer a patient to you?

Thank you for your referral! To connect with us, please click to schedule a complimentary Clarity Call. If you’re short on time, you can also send us a quick note here with details, and we’ll follow up promptly.

We collaborate with a wide range of healthcare professionals, including physicians, NPs, PAs, therapists, nurses, medical assistants, and other specialists. Additionally, we coordinate with home healthcare providers, medical equipment suppliers, and nonprofit organizations to connect patients with valuable resources.
