Who do you work with?

We work with women navigating health journeys as patients, caregivers, or both. This includes women facing challenges like menopause, cancer, autoimmune conditions, or unexplained health concerns. We also support mothers caring for children with mental health or chronic illnesses, and daughters managing their aging parents’ complex health needs.

How is your service different from a health coach or patient advocate?

I am a certified health coach, but while we incorporate health coaching and patient advocacy, our role is more comprehensive. We offer tailored support that can include guidance, emotional support, care coordination, and strategic problem-solving for complex health challenges.

What types of health concerns do you support?

We support women navigating overwhelming health situations, whether personal or for a loved one. The specific diagnosis is less important than the need for clarity, support, and a plan amidst numerous responsibilities and unanswered questions.

Do you offer resources to support your clients?

Yes! we provide a wide range of health and wellness resources gathered through professional and personal experiences. We also research information, grants, and support options to assist clients in their health journeys.

Do you provide medical advice or treatment?

No, we don’t provide medical treatment or diagnose conditions. Our role is to guide, support, and empower women as they navigate complex health situations, helping them understand options and make informed decisions in consultation with licensed healthcare providers.

Can I work with you if I already have a healthcare provider?

Absolutely! We support your health journey alongside your existing clinical team and can help you find additional providers if needed.

How do you handle confidentiality and privacy?

Your privacy is a top priority. All conversations and personal information are strictly confidential, following HIPAA standards. We never share your details without explicit consent.

How do your services work?

We start with a free 30-minute Clarity Call, followed by a 90-minute Health Strategy Consult if you choose to proceed. For ongoing support, we create a customized Thrive Plan tailored to your needs.

What should I expect during the Clarity Call?

The Clarity Call is a complimentary 30-minute conversation where you share your story and health challenges. We’ll assess if working together would benefit your health journey.

How much do your services cost?

Services are self-pay and not covered by insurance. The Health Strategy Consult is a flat fee, while Thrive Plans are priced based on individual needs and support level. We are happy to discuss details during our Clarity Call.

Do you work remotely or in person?

We offer both remote and in-person options, depending on the service and your location.

What’s your cancellation policy?

Please provide 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. We offer a one-time allowance for last-minute cancellations, after which fees may apply.

Can you work with clients outside your local area?

Yes, we work with clients across the country remotely. In-person assistance outside our local area can be arranged with additional travel costs.
